Camp

Long time no post, feels nice to write again.

By the way, forgot to mention last tuesday 9/6/09 was my birthday. Darn, I'm older.

To the main point, last week I went camping. It was a 'Badan Beruniform' camp. We went to a place called Kem Sri Raudah, and to be frank the place is comparable to a public toilet. It's dirty, the food stinks, the toilets cannot flush and it's wet all the damned time.

On the first day there, the first thing they did was took our handphones from us. THE BLOODY BASTARDS !!! OK, that's fine with me... And then we went to our dorms. God, the dorm was in condition so bad that Osama would surrender to the U.S. if he went in there. I learned the bath water has'nt been changed in 3 months. After unpacking they got us into groups. Then we did the day's activities: obstacle course, seminar about why the heck we're in the pasukan uniform and my favourite... night walk. Damn, the jungle is dark as hell at night. We ended by going to bed at 2a.m. and were expected to wake up at 5 the next morning!

The next morning we woke up as expected, BUT the teachers did'nt show up until 6.30! OK, I can live with that too... We went jungle trekking next, nice activity because of the cool, refreshing river water. We bathed in a 'pool' later. We went back to camp by going past a highway. A few motorist honked and waved at us. How friendly of them... Back at camp we prepared for our performances at night. The topic is too boring to talk about.

Last day, we had a marching competition. We Taekwondo people had no share in marching so we went to hang out somewhere. Then we went back HOME !!! PRAISE ALL THE ROCKS IN THE WORLD.

Back home, the first thing I did was $hit. Three days worth... Then I played my Wii for awhile and went for a nap... for 8 hours. At night I slept some more. Oh it felt soo good.

The experience was a good one with some MINOR inconvieniences. I would go again if it isn't held in Kem Sri Raudah again.

End of post

Since the day Ken Ann became a tea addict. 4,700,569 cups of tea went down his mouth. The number is increasing every second.
